Summer's here and so is the thirst for sweet, sugary juices and cold beverages! We do know that too much sugar intake can lead to many health problems, most commonly, diabetes, and obesity.
Here are a few detox water tips for you to rejuvenate and stay healthy without compromising your taste buds. Add these ingredients to your glass/ bottle of water and beat the heat!
For Glowing Skin: Add cucumber, lemon, and chia seeds.
For immunity: Add turmeric powder, ginger, and cinnamon stick (approx 0.5 inch).
To cope with the heat: Infuse your water with mint, lime, and chia seeds.
